Welcome to Open Healing Space! I’m Theresa Balicki, though most of my clients know me as Tessy. Since opening this practice in September 2023, my mission has been to provide a sanctuary for restorative care and clinical excellence in a safe, calming, peaceful environment.
With many years of experience across various fields of healthcare, I have dedicated much of my career to the art of healing, pain management and restorative recovery. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am passionate about offering a variety of care through massage therapy to clients of all ages—including supporting soon-to-be mommies with specialized prenatal massage.
My clinical focus and deep specialization lie in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist with advanced expertise in managing lymphedema and providing specialized post-surgical MLD treatments. To ensure the highest level of care, I am Klose-certified in the Vodder Technique. Also, I am trained in oncology massage, providing safe and adaptive bodywork tailored to the unique needs of individuals navigating cancer treatment and recovery.
Whether you are seeking relief during pregnancy, recovering from surgery, or managing a chronic condition, I combine my clinical background with a personalized approach to help you achieve pain relief, better mobility, and wellness. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey!
